Booking & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
• The remaining balance is due 14 days before the retreat.
• If the balance is not paid on time, your booking may be cancelled.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations must be made by email.
• A full refund will be issued only if cancellation is received at least 30 days before the retreat start date.
• Cancellations within 30 days are non-refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.

Booking Transfers

Bookings may be transferred to another guest or future retreat, subject to availability and approval.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for cancellations or changes caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics or government restrictions. Where possible, an alternative date or booking transfer will be offered.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
